Our Elevated Buyer program is an enhanced version of the traditional real estate approach whereby a professional real estate agent helps buyers find the home they are wanting to buy. We provide hands-on knowledge, guidance and support for every step of the acquisition process from the very start to well after you take possession of your new home/property. We have a Clients for Life focus in the level of service we provide. We give you the time you need and deserve.
Step 1 is your initial consultation which could also include viewing a few homes to get a sense of what you are looking for. During our first meeting we will get to know each other and you can determine if we are a good fit to help you. We will cover off topics such as your wants and needs in a home/property, your real estate investment goals, your short, medium and long term plans for a place to call home, financing, the health of the real estate market, your current living situation, and most importantly, discuss and explain all the steps to consider and navigate during the buying process and how we will help you with that.
Step 2 we will start looking at properties currently for sale. We will work within your schedule to set up viewings, find appropriate homes to consider, and provide some initial research into each property. Sold stats will be provided so you can get a sense of value and what other people paid for their homes. Sometimes you get lucky and its the first home you see that becomes the ONE. Often though, it takes multiple viewings over a period of time. We will stick with you to find that right property even if it takes years and 50+ property viewings. It is a huge investment and it is important we listen and understand you, finding the best suited home for you. Often, during the buying process, a person’s wants, needs and style of desired property morphs. It is our job to navigate this journey, providing you with options to consider.
Step 3 starts once you find the ONE you want to buy. We will assist and guide you through ALL the steps of buying from offer writing to closing. If the home/property needs work or a renovation, we will provide suggestions and vetted contacts that can help you. There are lots of moving parts to Step 3. We will navigate them for you.
Step 4 starts after you move in. Should you have any questions or concerns about the property you bought, we are always available to assist in getting answers for you. If for some reason, and this does happen sometimes, you live in the home for a few months and decide it just isn’t the one, we will list it for sale and not charge you the listing side fees. We will do everything in our power to mitigate the costs to resell and will work on finding you the right home. That’s our satisfaction guarantee!
